New curved LG G Flex2 will run on Snapdragon 810 processor
At progressing CES trade fair at Las Vegas, LG Electronics proudly announced the first real 64-bit android Smartphone, G Flex2.It is also the first launched Smartphone to run on Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 810 processor. The dashing LG G Flex2 comes with a curved display which has many extras. It has amazing capability to catch up the sound in a better way and minimize the noise from outside. Due to its curved shape, the glare will be considerably low and the grip it offers allows it to settle comfortably in pockets.
G Flex2 features a 5.5-inch Full HD Curved P-OLED display with a resolution of 1080×1920 pixels and pixel density of 403 ppi on its front and a self-healing back cover which have the ability to rub off the scratches by its own in just 10 minutes at room temperature. LG Electronics have made the product durable with Dura-Guard glass. This single sim Android 5.0 (Lollipop) device is mechanized by Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 810 processor with up to 2GB of LPDDR4 RAM and 32MB of memory. The memory can be upgraded to up to 2TB via Micro SD reader. The Snapdragon 810 consists of 64-bit capable octal-core CPU and fully integrated Carrier Aggregation support of 3x20MHz for faster and efficient connectivity. It supports 3G and 4G-LTE. G Flex2 with its Qualcomm Adreno 430 GPU will support high-quality multimedia which facilitates good mobile gaming and premium video viewing experience.
It has a 13 MP rear camera with a dual-LED two-tone flash. The OIS+ technology serves to reduce blur and Laser Auto Focus which allows capturing photographs in low-light. The front camera in 2.1 MP which is perfect to click selfies with Gesture Shot software which can operate on simple hand gesture recognizable from up to a distance of 1.5 Meters. The captured pic can be checked easily with Gesture View. The other unique software are Glance View which shows the basic information like time, missed calls, recent messages, etc. at just a downward swipe of the screen. This works even when the display is off. With G Flex2’s Fast Charge, the users will never worry about the battery and charging. Qualcomm Quick Charge 2.0 technology can charge its 3000mAh battery to about 50 percent in less than 40 minutes.
LG G Flex2 will hit Korean markets in attractive Platinum Silver and Flamenco Red colors by the end of January and across the globe thereafter.
