HTC One E9 power packed features and robust design disclosed
A recent news leaked from China based wireless firm TENAA reports a major announcement from the smartphone company HTC regarding its new flagship One E9. This phone is a successor of its One E8 which was released the previous year. This phone has features some derived from HTC One M9 along with its own distinguished features.
Screen size and display
The major revamp has been done with the screen size of One E9 which has been extended to 5.5 inches. It will be featuring a quad core HD display which can bring a rich viewing experience. The movies and videos can be watched on the device with great visibility and clarity. The device looks slimmer than One M9.
Better Processing power
HTC One E9 will be unique in its processing unit as it has got the new MediaTek processor with octa-core. This is a innovation from HTC as it prefers Qualcomm Snapdragon processors in its devices. The reason behind using the MediaTek processor may be to give One E9 an edge in its processing capacity. This will enable it to handle complex operations and multitasking requirements with great ease.
HTC One E9 Camera
Some pictures showed a huge camera lens at the back of the device close to its top edge. The device reportedly will be having a 20 MP rear camera while the front camera can be of 13 MP or 4 MP ultra-pixel camera.
Other Notable specs
The One E9 packs a 3GB RAM and 32 GB storage space . It will be encored with a 2800 mAh battery. The device will have the capability of handling dual SIM connections. It will run on latest Android lollipop. The user interface used in One E9 is SenseUI7.0 which we saw in HTC One M9. It is speculated that it will be available in same colors as that of One M9 like White, Gold, Rose, Metallic Grey and Brown.
First Impression
As per above details, it seems that it will be a more user friendly version of One M9 which will stand high on performance . With a bigger screen and better processor, this phone can be categorized into the so called ‘Phablet’ section. The availability may be limited to certain parts of the world and we can expect it to be live in a month or two. While a clear and official announcement is yet in its shell, we may expect the next smart move from HTC soon.
