Lenovo Y70, 17 inch touchscreen gaming laptop announced
With IFA starting at 5th this month Lenovo announced their line of products and Lenovo Y70 touch Gaming Laptoip is one product to look for. Lenovo badges this one as their HD gaming laptop. This is justified by them by packing it with 4th generation Intel Core i7 processor and NVIDIA GTX graphics. This 17 inch laptop is the largest to offer a touchscreen.
The audio visual experience is enhanced by the FHD display and JBL designed Speakers and subwoofers and Dolby Advanced audio.
The laptop beats others in its class with 3.4 kg. Its bundled with an external Blu-ray drive. The 4 cell battery lasts for up to 5 hours and you can choose between the device with 16 GB DDR3L RAM and 1TB of SSHD storage or 512 GB SSD storage.
Under the hood the laptop is powered by 4th generation Intel core i7 Quad core processor and NVIDI GTX-860M graphics with 4G VRAM, 16 GB DDR3L RAM. The laptop comes in either 1TB SSHD storage with integrated 8 GB SSD cache or 512 GB SSD storage. Y70 is preloaded with Genuine Windows 8.1 Operating System. The 17 inch FHD touch screen display has a resolution of 1920 x 1080.The integrated JBL stereo speakers and 3.0 subwoofers with Dolby Advanced Audio V2 is expected to deliver great audio. There is 720p HD webcam for video calling and the backlit keyboard makes it easier to work at low light conditions. Apart from the 3 USB 3.0 ports, 1 USB 2.0, 4 in 1 card reader, HDMI, SPDIF, RJ45 and audio jack there is optional Bluetooth 4.0,wifi, and 1G LAN. The laptop weighs at 3.4 Kg and has an overall dimension of 422.9 x 290.6 x 25.9 mm.
