Apple Provides for Refund for purchase of Apps after Review
It is common that you make a purchase of particular App from iOS App Store or Mac App Store and you confront with any issues. For these issues you could claim refund from Apple. But do remember that this is not an automatic process. For getting refund, you have to initiate the process for refund. After initiating the request from your end, Apple will review the request and take necessary action. The same can be applied to iTunes purchases which include books, movies, TV shows and music. This application is not connected to iOS App Store. So you have to use iTunes on your system or Apple’s Website to proceed for refund.
How This Works

You can pick any one of the problem listed above and tell your problem. Then the Customer Care wing of Apple look on to your problem and within a period of two or three days, you will get a callback from them.
