Challenges for the model
The major challenge that the Acer may have to face in USA is that the gadget runs on Windows platform. The basic trend of American smartphone market is that they normally prefer Android OS smartphones over Windows OS. So the tech world is eagerly waiting for the sales result of M220 in US. Actually on marketing perspective it is just like a game of gambling for Acer. Either they could open a door for low cost Windows smartphones in American markets and cherish their business there or else they can turn back and concentrate on other markets. Similar launch of windows smartphones to American markets was also made by Microsoft.
