It was a major problem till last day, that you locate a particular place on your PC browser, but cannot be used the same on your Android Smartphone. This happens when you work on your PC and suddenly you are required to find the location of a place. Normally you would open Google Maps and search it on your desktop PC. But when you step out of your home then you may become confused about the direction that you have to take the destination.
Finally you have to search the location again on your smartphone. Then you have to get the directions from your current location to the place where you have to go. So you end up in searching the location atleast twice before you start off to your destination. In these difficulties have you ever thought of the convenience of sending the location including the direction from your PC to your Android Smartphone? There were some partial methods to get rid of the problem. Otherwise you have to use Google Maps search suggestion. But the most convenient way is the ability to send the location to the Smartphone directly from PC.
After many request made from the side of users, Microsoft thought about the option. Last day they came out with a convenient option which is exactly as what users requested for. Now you are allowed to send location information from your desktop PC browser to your Android Smartphone directly without any problem. This became possible because of the latest update of Google Maps made in Android. Android updated the Google Maps to the version 9.11.0, with the help of which you can share the location from PC.
What you have to do?
The only thing that you have to do is to search for the location in your browser as normal. After searching the location of your destination, you can see the option of Send to Device. You can find this option just below Address and Hours. Just select it and now you can see the list of devices poping up. From the list you have to select the device to which you would like to transfer the location details. With the updation made to Android Google Maps this option became as simple as that. You can simply transfer the location just like any file from your PC to your Android device without complication or time lag. Now you are able to get the details about your destination with a single search on your PC and have it transferred to your Android handset.
